Testimonials

During the month and a half that Mary Rosenfeld has been with us at BSL so far, she has made herself a fast and integral part of our marketing team. It has been a pleasure to watch her leadership capabilities and passion for marketing grow while demonstrating her marketing knowledge and building upon her presentation skills.

Mary hit the ground running and has already participated and assisted in our annual sales and marketing conference. Not only did she aid in the planning and implementation, but in presenting a section on social media to our audience of 55 attendees. Her attention to detail and passion for social media marketing was impressive and she has since held a virtual social media training for those who were unable to attend the conference.

Mary has demonstrated her ability to anticipate needs, critical thinking capabilities and organizational skills during such a short time with us. Mary’s maturity, reliability and excellent communication skills were evident during her impressive presentations. She has become known as a hard-worker, quick thinker and someone the entire team can rely on.

Katharine Anderson - Director of Digital Marketing & Communications, Bridge Senior Living

Mary Rosenfeld is exceptional to work with. It has been a joy watching her take on each project with passion and commitment. She is a fast learner who isn’t afraid to ask clarifying questions to understand expectations. She uses her marketing expertise mixed with her analytical skills to really understand how digital marketing operates.

Working as a digital marketing intern, Mary used her skill set to create a social media training program for 43 sales team members and also presented at our annual sales and marketing conference. Mary works well in an individual environment and she is also excellent at teamwork. She is mature and professional and anyone would be fortunate to have Mary work for them.

Kelly Ornberg - Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Bridge Senior Living

From the time Mary joined Omega Phi Alpha, her enthusiasm and drive have been her defining qualities. She is never short on ideas to better both her position and the chapter overall and has shown a deep passion for service and her friends.

As Historian, Mary has improved our social presence with fantastic new strategies and creative outlooks. She has shown exemplary communication skills through her connections with the chapter, the national team, and prospective members. Beyond that, Mary reads as a genuine person with the best intentions, making her a warm light in our chapter. She is known throughout the chapter as dependable, well-spoken, and trustworthy. To have Mary on our executive board is a privilege.

Lindsey Valenti - President, Alpha Xi Chapter; Omega Phi Alpha National Service Sorority

From the very first day of her internship, Mary showed great initiative to learn and accomplish her tasks in a timely manner.

While working remotely was a challenge to all of us, Mary doubled up her efforts to produce exceptional work and to take part in all meetings and provide her helpful input. I had the pleasure to see Mary grow as a content writer, and I loved to see how eager she was to learn new skills daily.

Before her internship ended, Mary’s team player spirit came to play when she took the time to record tutorial videos for future interns. And to this day, we still all appreciate and remember her hard work. Mary definitely set the standard so high for future interns because of her dedication and motivation to help our company accomplish its goals and grow.

Philanthropy

Community service and philanthropy have always been passions of mine. It is for this reason that in Fall of 2019 I joined the Alpha Xi chapter of Omega Phi Alpha National Service Sorority. Omega Phi Alpha is a service based organization that focuses both on individual community service and philanthropy, as well as group service. Our group service benefits the university community, the community at large, the members of the sorority, the nations of the world, and one more cause which changes bi-annually.

Some of my favorite community service events we have done are Feeding Children Everywhere, and raising money to benefit the LoveLand Therapy Fund. Feeding Children Everywhere is a non-profit organization committed to providing healthy meals to those in need. They utilize volunteers to package meals and have them sent world-wide to those facing food insecurity. The LoveLand Therapy Fund is an organization that provides free therapy sessions to black women and girls in need.
